Day 2
We followed US 97 steadily N/NE watching the land change from forest at 4500' to high desert buttes under 2000'. The landscape after crossing the Columbia River looked a lot like Nevada. There was a huge wind farm at the OR/WA border.
The Yakima Nation RV Campground has a really strong wi if signal :-). Mileage for the day: 340.
