Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse

We spent the day visiting Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Monuments. Both are pretty spectacular. The Crazy Horse is dedicated to all Indian Tribes and is completely funded by private donations.

I have been checking where souvenirs are made. Minnetonka brand moccasins are made in China! So many of the stores are simply retail outlets for outsourced merchandise. In Yellowstone there were displays dedicated to 'made in the USA' for sale.

Off to Nebraska looking for paternal family graves (and hopefully find a meeting, haven't been to one since last Monday.)
