The shop cannot get it to rattle, ping whatever! So they are changing the oil again, crossing our fingers. It is overcast with rain showers.

Wednesday the 16th

We are parked in Blue Bay Campground, beside Flathead Lake. The weather chased us out of Glacier. Between rain and sleet, staying anywhere and hiking did not appeal to either of us. We did make the rounds of the eastern boundary, coming back from Alberta. The road into Many Glacier was rough with patches of gravel in spots. Coming down through St Mary and cutting through at Hwy 49 to Two Medicine, the scenery was spectacular. Goat Lick was closed because of the recent Sheep Fire. We came down the Flathead Lake on the opposite shore we went up. We decided to stay here for a couple of days and then head south, homeward. I am looking forward to eating at a Cracker Barrel in Missoula.
